Having a Complete Mental Breakdown.

I guess I am finally completely broken.

Today started normally; I got up with the alarm and fed Luna her kitty breakfast. I made coffee and conducted my morning routine of affirmations, yoga, meditation, and then journaling. I had an hour before I had to clock in to work, so I decided to make a phone call about an erroneous charge on my checking account.
