I have been on this self-help discovery journey for as long as I can remember. Do we ever really know ourselves? I always thought I did, yet, the more I learn about myself, the more I realize I don’t know myself at all. Looking back on my life, it seems I’ve lived multiple lives. I’ve been multiple people.
